"Coming into the LOT Gavel Club, I was a nervous and often unclear communicator. However, my experience there has significantly helped me grow, enabling me to speak more clearly and confidently in various settings. It has also provided me with a strong foundation in networking, which I find invaluable as I build my career connections. The supportive environment at LOT Gavel Club has allowed me to practice and refine these skills continually. Currently, I am studying Economics at Western University, where I am developing analytical and financial skills to pursue a career in finance."

"Hello everyone, my name is Srija Das, and I am currently a 4th year undergraduate student at University of Toronto St. George campus, double majoring in Physiology and Molecular Genetics! My time at Leaders of Tomorrow gavel club really helped build upon my communication, leadership and public speaking skills. In my program, presentations and communication is prioritized as it is very important to communicate science and be able to network with many people in the field. Through my time at gavel club, I learned to effectively communicate to an audience and be able to think quick on my feet to respond to questions and connect with people. My current career aspiration is to work in the medical field."
